Reversible Hydrocolloid Tray Materials
Six formulas make up the family of Reversible Hydrocolloid for DUX Dental. The most consistently accurate and proven impression-making system for crowns, bridges, partials, inlays, and onlays. The color identifies and differentiates each formulation as to its characteristics and the technique it best serves. Made from water and the ocean's agar, our Reversible Hydrocolloid contains no toxic materials and does not require mixing. DUX Dental Hydrocolloids offer a complete line of high quality tray and syringe/wash materials available in multiple formulations and packaging options.

 

Enlarge Heavy Bodied - Green 60g
The standard by which all impressions are judged, and the most popular type. At 110ºF, Temper for 7 minutes at 110ºF, Temper 7 min. for Fixed and 3 min. for Removable procedures. In the mouth, cool for 5 min. with 72ºF tap water. Store for 5 days after boiling.

Stone and Lab Materials

Enlarge Duplicating Hydrocolloid for the Lab
For model duplication and pour technique. Dilute equal parts of full strength duplicating material and water (by weight, 2/3 cup water to 1 cup Rev. Hydrocolloid). A full pail, properly diluted, will fill a Nobillium unit. One pail (6.0 lb) of ground duplicating material makes 1.4 gal of liquid material after adding the required amount of water.

An impression storage solution designed for use with Rev. Hydrocolloid and alginate. Enables the office to delay impression pouring for up to 4 weeks after the impression is immersed. Note: Remove post damming plastic before immersion.

Vanrock - Diestone
Precision Precision diestone material designed for the discerning doctor and laboratory technician demanding excellence without compromise. As a matched system, Vanrock with alginate or Rev. Hydrocolloid will provide working models of unsurpassed accuracy and stone surface smoothness. Vanrock also provides a hard stone
surface without brittleness. Although formulated specifically for compatibility with DUX Dental Rev. Hydrocolloid, Vanrock produces outstanding results when used with any alginate, polyvinylsiloxane, polyether, or polysulfide impression material. Type V. Compressive strength: 14,000 psi; Initial set time: 10 minutes. Color: Green. Expansion: .18%.
